Just because you should, it does not mean you could, for few have what it takes to make their dreams of this come true. For many reasons they could not afford it just like You.









Too much debt owed to the bank, student loans, or the house that sank you into slavery you share with your wife and kids in suburbia. This is the great American Dream that so many chases and soon learn. It seems like there is no time then to savor the time as it all gets committed to paying for the finds that just keep coming as your life unwinds. What happens when the layoff happens, riots or the flu gets going? Who plans for times of need when all looks rosy? Most share greed. If you are thinking of the day when you want to get out, okay, then I suggest you move and pray for the time is running out for the profits in that way.
Banks must finance homes to sell, and if the banking goes to Hell, then many who are in their homes will learn that renting leads to those who choose to end up on the streets and lose.
