In 2014 I set off to create Salvage, Tx as a model of 95% Pure Salvage Built houses could become.
Without many supporters chipping in but many guests prove loopholes worked, w/Air BnB, to create a food jungle, water, plants, critters, & a paradise & profits follow.
AirSpace Certificates are about to be issued again. There is still much of the AirSpace over the Ship of Salvaged Dreams atop Miracle Mountain on Walden Pond. The passage through the Bridge Over Untroubled Waters to get there is part of your path to a healthy future as well. The view is the highest for 147 miles to the Gulf of Mexico from the top of an art piece that can be seen for miles as well. You could not just own a piece of the air that feeds this vision, be a part of its growth, but also show that this concept could fund other Salvage, Tx. type BnB or communities once people see it can be done. Here is the business plan from 7 years ago when I set out to show with my own money, what could be done. The Bridge Over Untroubled Waters of Walden Pond.
Proof of concept some call it, or Research and Development that leads to better ways to build, to live, and to view the future with an eye on the treasures of the past, the natural healing and health formats that allow people to live well into their 90’s, as we all could. Please consider the Loopholology of Relatively Tax-Free-living, growing a phenomenal world out of the best wisdom, resources, and ingenuity America has to offer. Join us for the next level. A global Embassy to exemplify what is possible and have visitors from around the universe welcome to share in a private, save venue, a taste of what is possible with imagination, action, and manifestation of dreams by just one person or two… like you.
called Salvage, Tx. emerges at just the right time… as if materializing just for the events that will follow at this incredible vortex of energy, visions come true, and dreams of what will follow as Wii win the Challenge of Good over Evil, Freedom over Mandated Slavery. See now, start now, and Wii will help you all wii can.
The Tiny Texas Overnight Showrooms
This is a new marketing concept for Tiny Texas Houses that will resemble several other businesses but open up a whole new territory in business strategies. It will resemble a motel concept in that people will be able to spend the night in a Tiny Texas House. It is only logical that some people will benefit from getting a feel for the house prior to making the decision that they would live in it for the rest of their life. It is an opportunity for Mom to see if she would like to live in this in the back yard or to see if one could live off the grid for a week.
The Pure Salvage Living Members would be able to stay for a night or more and get a feel for how life might be in a particular Tiny Texas House. Since each one has a unique design and feel, it may be necessary to try on several sizes to be sure it will work. If a prospective client were to decide on one and buy it, we could then have it delivered. If the land had not been bought and they wanted to get income from the house while waiting for a place to put it, they could allow it to be used for the Pure Salvage Living Survey. The idea behind Pure Salvage Living Membership is that there are certain liability waivers that people will have to sign and agreements as to responsible behavior so as to limit liability due to the unusual nature of our construction.
The utilities would be temporary hook-ups and thus not qualify for full residential status. After all, they are built elsewhere and are simply being marketed, fully displayed, and live tested before shipping. Afterward, when delivered to a new location, it makes them by definition pre-existing houses that have been lived in which are simply being relocated. This changes the rules that apply in many destinations.
If we were to have a showroom with 12 – 24 houses we would be selling them to overnight survey guests, prospective clients, and others who would pay the survey participation fees. The central sales office will be on the city property where it will have great bathrooms with showers and will need big water and sewer taps. The houses will also be usable for seminars and visitors but they will need to be Pure Salvage Living Members. This could include our out-of-state Pure Salvage Tiny House Builders or clients with token discounted memberships. Skeptics and followers alike will appreciate a chance to stay in and evaluate a Tiny Texas House. The reason for the surveys is that every house will be different and therefore always a chance to improve on the designs.
People who pay become part of a club that can stay at any other TTH houses in B&B’s and other survey sites around the country as they are built and for a discount of course. This would also be part of our website membership benefits package.
It may well be that only a portion, but not all of the houses will have to be on the annexed property in the case of our Luling acreage. This would be especially true for those who want to test what living off-grid can be like this we use the back of the property instead. Even if they are, there is a chance that this marketing perspective and fee structure could circumvent the hotel-motel tax. That might entice the city to work with me in the other areas of onsite construction, like the bathrooms and offices which I plan to have on the annexed land. I am thinking that even for them, they are on display to be sold and might still be exempt from their codes as they are portable, displays.
One means of funding could be the sale of the AirSpace Certificates coined for this project which have paid off $1,000 in dividends on the $5 investment for those that initially showed support for this Acre of Hope to materialize, for them to come see now for free with their dividends from investing in thin air. Yes, it can pay off like Bitcoin, but you get to keep your Airspace Certificate each time you collect your premium dividend or benefits, windows, doors, floors, or a house if you invest in enough air for half the price or less if you would care to put one up in a village you create there. Share if you dare with the ones you care for and see what they think too. Wouldn’t creating tiny houses be a great business for you too? Start a Pure Salvage Outpost and Wii will help you grow it… True! Once upon we had seminars to Show how to grow new houses out of the old.
Villages and community with a new Communication model and thus Unity.
From the entrance to the Gardner who cares for the land and grows the roots that will feed the people of a family that will grow. Join together elders with the young who need you now to teach the life skills some will need to grow their food and homes. Teach the ways of yesteryear when people worked with purpose clear and God gave Truth a special world that lies now threaten to tear down. Let us teach how to see clear, seek the path of Truth not Fear, and create a place for the free kids here.
The same could be the case for the Check-in office. The examples of what can be done are beautiful and many… but Wii have only just begun. I am only proposing this because of the potential for Luling code and development constraints on how I create my Tiny Texas Houses. This is the showroom. This is what will make them valuable and worth the money it takes to build one right.
The showroom is where we create income streams and fund the possibilities that make higher yields on our investment possible without a great deal of effort compared to building them. In this fashion, each house might yield $100,000 in income before leaving our possession.
This can be marketed as an overnight destination to one’s potential retirement “Dream Home” without a dream place yet selected. Guests will get a continental breakfast the morning after and a chance to be a part of a survey with the opportunity to be part of the solution. This is the ultimate in downsizing testing by getting a real taste, even preparing to be off the grid if you want to or need to one day. We could demo solar, water, and composting alternatives if companies wanted to sponsor a house, as well as waste systems and other great options as part of the survey. We should get some great sponsors that way who will not only get sales from it but major publicity.
This sews in the seeds of the 95% Salvage Building Concept by educating people about the possibilities of 0 carbon footprint construction. It proves that we can create healthy energy-efficient classic structures that make it possible to hand a home off to generations ahead. This will allow me to market my concepts in such a way as to get paid for offering a realistic experience and getting a true study that can be offered up as proof that this could be a solution to the housing issues ahead. This makes the proof incontestable because the members are then actively speaking out for changing the system once they know what the possibilities for Pure Salvage Building are and how they could help advance our society in a positive way.
While we have an expressway to deal with for our first location, that could work more to our advantage than our defeat. If we can build a fairly quiet house in this environment and the members spend the night and morning in our house, we will have proof that they are well built. If interested, they could then be sure and share breakfast with someone like Tim who would be able to help interested people learn how to own one, find land, or prepare for the time they can. They might also want to become an investor in one of the houses and have it for income until they find the land to put it on.
We could even give seminars at the Zedler Park pavilion about the concepts and the downsizing movement that is affecting baby boomers and their families. We rent rooms and make money from the seminars as well as promote the investment in similar operations or showrooms in other areas. The idea is to grow this concept of showrooms in order to support the local Salvage Mining and Salvage Building operations that can be created every 250 miles along a major highway.
The unusual element in this plan is that it provides a means for a one-house investor, and has income off from them while they are waiting to find their land. The potential return will far outperform what they get on savings and most investments, besides providing a safety net to live in if one wanted to get out of the city. It will actually make sense to take money out of savings or retirement in order to prepare for it and get a better return than one is getting with their money in the bank.
This concept is different from the time-sharing concept because you can take your home away when you are ready to stop sharing time with others in your Tiny House. This would also include some free nights if they want to get away while the house is waiting. For people who commute from Houston to SA often, that would save them many hours on the road by having an overnight rest stop on the way. They might not be as important as the rest stop when they need it now and then.
One option would be to take very large down payments on houses and they would have the Survey income to cover all or part of the payments over a predetermined period of time before it would be paid off. Then we would then pay them a fixed income until it was moved from the site. We would manage and maintain the houses while in the Survey. A Tiny Texas House used this way is a portable performing and appreciating asset with all sorts of possibilities in the future. Location is no longer the key factor in value. Snowbirds could come for the winter, rent out for the summer, or never go back North once they are paid for and if several are owned, live off from the income generated by 4 Tiny Houses, even on a monthly rental level which pays less, you could have the critical people near you sharing the burden of taxes, electric, and other such things that are part of the expenses or work of living.
Single house investors could buy the one they want under the condition that the new one must be built to replace it before it can leave. This is a legitimate test, a survey that offers people a chance to help prove how well our houses are built. It will be a cool thing to be in the Pure Salvage Living Club, even if you have to pay to stay overnight each time. The member’s opinions will shape our development and they will be part of a Pure Salvage Living Club helping to develop a true survey and real-life solutions. They will be a part of bringing on a new era in healthy Tiny Houses by helping to honestly test their durability, longevity, efficiency, style, and functionality. More importantly, they will get a chance to actually feel what it can be like to live in a house so tiny, pure, and natural that it makes you wonder why you would want more. This is after all House Art and the only way to truly display it and get the feel of it is to view it in a real-life environment
These should not qualify as hotel rooms thus needing commercial licenses or permits. They should not need to have commercial wiring in conduit or fit other guidelines that hotels and motels have to meet. There is no need to fire rate them in between the common walls or share common air conditioning systems. It should be a giant loophole by not being a hotel or motel but a free overnight stay. We will simply be charging an overnight survey participation fee that includes cleaning of the rooms, sheets, etc. This means we can create a cabin, let many people participate in the survey as part of our marketing research, test new ideas, and of course, offer them up for sale at the end of the testing period.
As a private club and research operation as well as a marketing tool for selling Tiny Texas Houses. It could be compared to mobile home sales lots except sixty levels higher in quality and the option to stay overnight and see if you like it. The Membership Agreement will include a liability waiver that accepts that all things may not be in compliance with local codes. We would need to have some sort of liability agreement for ladders, railings, showers, tubs, etc. It would be sort of a Good Sense agreement including them taking liability, especially for a responsible parent “watching their kids disclaimer”.
To my knowledge, this marketing concept has never been tried before in the United States. This unique new concept offers investors several ways to participate in the income streams without great effort. There will be rental income, sale profits, and possibly interest income if they finance the houses. That way they know that the houses used as collateral can be picked up and brought back to the showroom to be used for the Survey income stream until they sell again. There is also a potential income from leasing land to put the houses on as well as offering reverse buybacks once the people have settled into the Tiny Texas Villages for a few years and are clearly the kind of people that you want to have stayed. This way the house could eventually be used to cover the costs of the utilities and lease on the land, as well as a potential stipend for the rest of one’s days.
Small groups could be set up on leased land such as on ranches that families want to keep whole for the future. It enables them to generate better income while providing places where people could set up their houses after they buy them, possibly for decades if the Tiny Texas Villages are done right. The income will pay the rising taxes that would ordinarily force the sale of land overtime to pay the taxes.
Who are the customers? 76,000,000 baby boomers are about to retire and just now learning about how hard that might be unless they downsize and simplify their lives. Likewise smart young people who don’t want or can’t afford bigger houses that will enslave them with taxes, energy costs, and maintenance bills. The customers for the rooms will surely also be people just traveling down the road and wanting a place to sleep overnight, but if they don’t know about the survey concept or want to become a Pure Salvage Living Club Member then they won’t be able to stay.
It won’t make much difference in their world if they join, just filling out the questionnaire in the rooms and online. We might even be providing the wireless to the rooms with the survey anyway. There are so many people who will want to be part of testing the possibilities and will pay for the privilege of having their opinion count on top of a unique experience. Young and old, imagine the telling of the story for a family and friends.
Survey results for a wedding party, reunion, or bikers overnight run, each would be of incredible value and probably fun reading as well. Stories that would get written and carry on for a lifetime. Not only will every house be unique, but it will also have a history of stories from those who come through to participate in the survey and tell their story and how it relates to helping save the world. We must be the example to prove what is possible as we age, improve, and give service to the world.
Not a hotel, not a motel, not a condo, or a timeshare. This is not like anything that anyone has ever done. This is a Pure Salvage Living Display and Sales Center where overnight testing is a membership-only opportunity, a private club of people who care about the future of the planet and are willing to live their part, if only for one night. Thus each person’s experience to be a contribution to the betterment of the concept by giving their opinion about it all when they are done with their experience. This is one survey where the participant’s opinion really counts, and you can give it over and over again about different styles, designs, and floor plans as you stay indifferent around the country.
Tiny Texas Houses is a manifestation of a solution to a need that is just now being recognized. There are ways to expand the acceptance of Pure Salvage Living and Building standards but working through the loopholes may be easier than trying to change the system before we get started proving our plan will work. It works and proves it is as simple as building the first example. It is possible to create a healthy house free of formaldehyde, plasticizers, VOCs, glues, or other toxic contaminants. It can be energy efficient without built-in obsolescence.
If we can demonstrate this and make money from doing it in order to help perpetuate spreading the concept, then this should provide the financial vehicle to fuel growth and make bigger things happen. It will also attract huge media exposure that a classic new marketing tool can create, especially if it is as unique as Tiny Texas Houses. Amazingly, we are still the only company in the USA doing what we do by creating portable 95% Pure Salvage Tiny Houses. There needs to be many more. If we succeed then more will follow and hopefully uphold our standards and principles while providing a lasting solution to low carbon footprint healthy living in America.
Tiny Texas Urban and Rural Village Perspectives
This is an experimental residential concept that needs to be surveyed from several angles. One of them could be the loophole to make the Urban Village possible. Some surveys might be short term and others take 3 months, or a semester for a person to see what it would be like to live in them in real life. The survey fee could again be construed as rent but not as a hotel-motel if the terms were described well enough. The mobility of the Tiny Texas House should get some exemptions, but once lived in as survey houses, it may be easier to get them into the city because they are pre-lived in structures being moved onto the lots. The fact that they are still capable of being taken away after the experiment or survey is over can also be proof that they should be exempt from many things like the footings are all that is left when a house comes or goes being reusable. We can crane them in and out if they sell and are going to another nest in Austin or around in the country.
Once the testing and surveys are done, perhaps predetermined or extendable for a certain level of survey ratings, thus the life of it conditional on its success. If it works, it can function as an example of how to bring positive change to a system that sometimes makes doing good things too hard to justify the effort. Loopholes are wonderful things when used to bring positive changes.
This sort of experimental living community could be transported to elderly areas, college, or catastrophe stricken areas as a means of rebuilding community, and survey testing what the arrangements need to be for the concept to work in each new setting. Ideally, we want to be promoting local Salvage Mining, Salvage Building, and the local setting of villages as the ultimate goal. This may just be the means to get this exposure we need to move quickly and have an impact on how ideas evolve on the subject of aging and independence in housing solutions and revolutions.
By taking this to a Rural setting you allow Ranchers and Farmers to lease a portion of their treed land and foster 1-3 acre Tiny Texas Villages that would help support and pay the taxes on the property so they never have to sell it out of the family. The Villages will also become assets for part-time workers and support groups as we age, as well as a community that will likely become friends over the years if they stay on for life. All the benefits of fishing in the river or growing veggies to live on, enjoying the peaceful natural world during the retirement years. Experimental Villages that when side by side forms Pure Salvage Living Colonies of Tiny Houses that will survive with the help of each other, forming a communal fabric that can make up for the shortcomings in retirement planning that occurred over the last 5 decades.
Please join me in making this happen.
November 2021 Flash forward 7 years and only a few of us live here full time. Building the physical example turned out to be easier than finding the right people to populate it. So it turns out that people are the problem in society… so wii are just growing slowly, carefully, the full-time population in this tiny place… very much intentionally. People get to visit and see what is possible from all around the world, taking seeds of imagination and hope back home to possibly create their dream next, now that they can see it might be possible because they believe they can do it.
Deer and beaver, bold raccoons, fish and turtles, cayotes too… life abundant where no water once stood, and now you can see how an industrial Waste dump converts into a paradise that could become an example of what can be done by One. In a World Union of Beings each doing incredible things, life could be phenomenal for all of us “I”s, the Wii of the World, not just the I but the Mii, my eyes and my third eye open to Source Energy that lets mii create on God’s bequest. Listen to your passions, your instincts, your heart, and then your brain… then tap into the true power of visualization, manifestation, and with intention, we can do phenomenal things to make for an incredible future. Please help.
