While I have proven their attempts to defraud me of 3 1/2 years’ worth of Social Security and used those fraudulent numbers to attempt to seize my land, my homestead for twelve years was at risk. Southstar Bank, owned by the Schindlers and Swiss banking moguls. They have bought the Texas ank and are using it as a predatory tool to take land using unethical means. So this is to be paid to their asset, Michael Scheiern, who bought the AJ and then threatened me—an extortion attempt—to give him almost all the land, not just what this represents, or face a legal battle to break me.
Does anyone know a good person who does federal lawsuits against the evil banking empire, an honest attorney living in Texas? That should get some comments... LOL.
We can keep all the rewards that come to pay the attorney generously, then use the remainder to help other elderly fpeople ight the banks, like this one, that have tried to eliminate me to circumvent compliance with CERCLA rules to reveal environmentally compromised industrial waste sites instead of hiding them once they have the property in their portfolio. This was an attempt to get around many rules that should apply, but they were ignored.
I have a poster child bank, attorneys, and a true story to use, tell, and educate others with that proves the Constable is our Friend and the only one in the legal system to save me in the end. I want to commend Honorable Constable James Springer for his diligence in protecting the public from unscrupulous attorney factions that try to steal land, and without such men, they would do so unless they stop them. Yes. I commend this team of men as the best I have ever seen in fighting wrongs against their citizens.
I did not understand, and they continued, sued me for supposedly not wanting to pay, and my defence was to tell them the total so I could pay. I lost the battle in court. They refused to give me an honest total and have fended off telling me the truth by adding interest and legal fees, and by sending government officials to the Health Department to antagonize me with lies, for example, claiming no punishment for such fraud against elders.

I retired and took my son to the country, Gonzales, Texas, to spend some time with him from 10 to 14 years old. Walking away from my great success and business in Austin to spend time with my son was the best decision I ever made, though it cost me millions in profits when I sold out my 41 real estate properties in French Place and the 78722 zip code.
Adam was born in my first home, which I bought at 30 years old in French Place, where I established a solid footing and sold 60% of the real estate in the zip code annually, when I left the business behind to be a father. Adam passed away at 24 years old in Paris, France, for those who remember him from those long-ago days and might read this story.
Now I am 70, resurfacing after 10 years on a sabbatical away from business life. I have created a paradise in Salvage, Texas. It is time to populate it with some people, not many, to live with the beavers, otters, fox, wolf, skunks, armadillos, and so many birds in the right season, I can’t identify them all for the woods I nurture and ponds with four miles of shoreline I created from scratch in my 60s. Because Substack releases articles to subscribers via email, which does not compel anyone to comment or give a heart without many more keystrokes and time—the valuable thing that no one has enough of—I cannot reach my 9,000 subscribers. The mystery is the lack of consistent mailings, as few of my subscribers receive all my posts, let alone comment or like.
