What does it take to create a Co-op for people to grow the houses, gardens, and community so many dream of forming in 2025? When so many people have lost their homes, dreams, memories in pictures, clothes, jewelry, and even identification, they need a home. I plan to help facilitate and teach others how to use this path to prosper in the coming times rather than depend on FEMA to save the world. The evidence for local self-sufficiency being critical for the community's survival is becoming apparent, and the desire to find the loopholes that let the people rebuild can now be recognized.
I have spent a few decades crafting the solutions in a tangible form that many people have seen under the Tiny Texas Houses moniker, and I created many houses. The media was once very giving, and we got a great deal of attention until the big box stores and banks realized the threat that a healthy alternative in housing like mine could make.
