What have you to say if someone were to give you a chance to own this for $35,000, delivered and set up on piers?
I did that once upon a time & the buyer paid for the house w/ BnB income in 3 months. 12 years later, that house has made the buyer more than a million in income: a great investment don't you think?
What would be extremely helpful would be a price list and a way to make an appointment to come and choose items. Is that a possibility? Would you believe this house sold and was delivered and set up on the land for $35,000? It paid for itself in 3 months by being used for a BnB in central Austin as we snuck it in without a permit which is my preferred method on the days of deliveries, a city holiday by coincidence. It was 9'x 18' so we could get it up the most incredibly difficult high-sided driveway you could ask for to keep you from success, plus she would not let us cut a critical tree branch.
Yes, I was $tupid and luckily kept my skin. It was my first lesson in adding great extras like antique window locks from the 1870s and other upgrades she refused to pay a penny extra for because she did not ask for them but took them without asking for cheaper replacements. Yes, many lessons over the years of why it hurts to build much more because I wanted to instead of going paid to. So it goes. Here is a comment from a recent post that was on my site. It is clear the person does not know I quite built houses for others more than 6 years ago.

Shelli Lmt No, as I do not know how anyone could duplicate any of my work as most of the parts are unique. Thus, back when I built houses for others, each was custom-built, custom priced accordingly. Size, lofts, and materials, all came into play, not like the models at factories that make multiple copies. As an artist who creates, not copies. Were you to get an appointment, pick out the doors, windows, flooring, and other such items that you would want in your personally SpaceMagic-designed home, from lofts with elevators if desired to balconies, these are not to be priced like potatoes. Did you see Vesper Casa with its elaborate corbels beneath its balcony? Each window dressing on that house cost $500 or more. How many do you want would have been the question, and then let me do the magic?
Then again, they never were as concerned about price as having a unique incredible piece of house art they could live in or earn a great income from as a BnB. One buyer paid for the house in Austin, near SoCo area, in the first three months of owning it in a day when I sold them way too cheap. Now I do not build any for people so there is no help good enough to enable you to get a house built by me and delivered as I once did. If you pick the parts and pieces, have the land and crew to build, I can consult, design, advise from afar with the technology of video and your camera, and walk to the house as it gets built my way if you wish. Prices for models like candy in a store, never, except for the individual, not the masses, bids, estimates, that sort of thing. Commodities and Walmart pricing not possible. Getting what it takes to do it is.
