What if...? The older you get, the more you ask, another chance to do it right, restore, repair? Get it right?
Is it a chance to create positive change? To be our best so Wii all can gain? See how Wii can pass the tests! No matter if weathered, like my Tiny Texas Houses, wii can prove age is virtuous!
The details are worked out, the plan is made, and the girls will return to be restored and revitalized after a decade in West Texas. Yes, Vicky Zebu and the Arched Zebu are preparing to return to the womb, Manifestation Bay, to be given a repaint, hemp oil, and replace the damage on the porches from the weather over the last decade.
What are you doing with your new year ahead? Mine is getting full of things to do, one of them now being to crane up, trailer, and fly down the highways once more. Some people put trailers under the house, but the tires would have rotted by now; they look ugly while there, but the sizes too... at 11'-12' wide, they are also much more comfortable. The difference between Tiny Houses on Wheels and houses that transport on wheels is enormous; frankly, one is simply a trailer, a mobile home quality structure that is tiny enough to pull behind a pickup truck; there is no other difference. They deteriorate at a rate that makes their value decline substantially in the first three years and rarely go up in value like a regular house, particularly a portable house that can be moved to a buyer's location. In that way, the value is not location limited... as most houses are, but more importantly, the average house created out of sheetrock is not built nearly as well as a house made entirely out of wood and can travel down the highways at 65 miles per hour.
.
In real estate appraisal, Location, location, location is the primary value factor due to the land determining the most significant factor. If you can take your house away if the neighborhood goes down in its quality of life due to the trailers' poor upkeep. They are designed to last ten to fifteen years a little more. Thus, their value declines over time.
Tiny Texas Houses were designed to show how we could create homes that would last for another 100 years, as did the houses where superior materials were taken from through careful salvage. The chances are that you would not be able to afford the materials you could get for free if you did the salvage yourself. The cheapest way to get them is to buy them off the salvage sites as they happen to pop up. If Wii could organize small towns, all the resources could be recycled, resourced to create jobs for the younger people, tinier housing for the elderly, and reshaping the towns without increasing the demands on utilities, provide local jobs, and create a new type of intentional community that accommodates the aging populations around the world.
