What wood would work when wholesome homes are wanted?

What does it mean to live the life it would take to reduce the consumption, trash, wasted resources, and the reduction of human potential through a dumbed-down education system? Using less styrofoam, plastics, fuel, clothes, sugars, chemicals in food, or the size of housing in modern societies. The electricity required to maintain the empty refrigerators, cool houses that are empty all day or all night while no one is there, the cost to create the miles of glass or Hardiplank that will never be recycled, like so much else used to create structures around the world today. They are effectively hazardous waste to be dumped somewhere one day. This mysterious place will hold all the other trash cities generate daily without the average person concerning themselves with the consequences.
How do you teach them to conserve when the word conservative is now considered political, not responsible human behavior concerning how we live each day? Are you a liberally wasteful person eating too much, using too much fuel, housing, or other excesses that are regrettably hard on the world’s resources? The elite uses the bulk of the resources per capita, but you are still responsible for making up for it,, according to their administration of the world order. How does no one feel they waste too much unless they can see the difference or care? How does the world improve if the top 1% of contributors and consumers are not held responsible instead of those who use the least resources? No one should be able to live without consideration for the other 8 billion people with little in comparison. That is the question of the day for billions.
In the meantime, while the world decides on how to save itself, our personal decisions are critical in changing the future for us, at least by using the great parts that are available from the past to create a future that will demonstrate what can be done on a positive side.
