Whistleblowing in a "Truth Music" Phobic World?

What has happened in the Orwellian transformation of language that we as a society of one country or language or another can be simultaneously influenced to act a certain way, like herds of sheep, in unison through mass media, financial manipulation with banking, governments with war, to force a future upon the masses that most are going along with though unaware of where they are being led.
