Would a big beard make Mii seem like a Holy Man or does a clean shaven face of Truth work better?

Does it make a difference if I can be trusted as I was taught decades ago for "How to dress for Success and be trusted by the people you will meet." What does truth look like in leaders?

What difference does it make in my integrity to look like I have not shaved in a decade, maybe three? Who will think far less of Mii, the “You” that I appear to be based on all the preconceptions for why I would not shave? Indeed, or the alternative, would you trust mii better with no makeup fake face, teeth, or grin?
