Are you getting ready for the best years of your life... after 66.

Get fit if not. Take care of your vessel if you want to reach your best state of mind and body when you mature after 66 and peak until 78. It is never too late to start, but harder the longer you wait

What are you doing with your vessel that gives you life and happiness?

Are you feeding your body good food? Grounding daily to rid you of stress and inflammation? Are you exercising and walking miles a day? Do you understand that your best years are in your late 60s and early 70s if you care for your vessel throughout your life time? It is true. Just compare if you choose. Who are the examples, and do they inspire you? If you are not aware, please learn how to stay young for a long time. Honestly, it is possible and not all that hard. Just a bit of self-discipline, action, and controlling your urges.

What are you doing to stay fit? Do you want to try out a few things that are not hard and do not cost you anything?

How about your diet? Can you give up sugar, corn syrup, white flour products, soy, and other toxic foods, like artificial sugars, dyes, and fake fillers that offer no nutrition but help curb appetite? What are you feeding your body to create a healthy body?

Do you plan to do great things once your working life is slowed down and you can semi-retire to play? Do you have unfulfilled passions and dreams and perhaps want a young body for the rest of your life? You can have one, but it takes participation by you. Why not try a few tricks and get back in shape, or better yet, if you are young, do not get fat and out of shape by 40 years old and think that is okay because all the people you know look that way. Lazy is easy. Being fat and in poor health is easy. Dying is easy too. Why take that attitude when you can be exceptional, an example for your kids, family, and friends, instead of just being one of the complainers and victims of their own hands?

If you want to make an effort, there are instructional videos that I made years ago as I learned how to get fit again after I had already gotten old and soft, by my standards, weak.

Would you believe that it is the coffee that helps burn fats, the protein in the red meat I eat now, and the organic peanut butter, fresh free range eggs (6 a day) and not very many veggies on this round of gaining some muscle back instead of wasting away as an old man. It was not until I saw the 118 year old Qi Gong master at the 2012 International Qi Gong conventions doing his perfect 5 minute routine, later his sword routine, and I knew I had been tricked into thinking I would be old at 60. Now I do not plan to be old until at least 100 or more.

Take control of your life again and get in shape so as to really enjoy this period in your life. Start younger if you want to stay in shape, it is easier than getting back in shape once soft and weak… especially if obese, never give up on what you can yet be.

Share, care, and take a shot at getting back into the best shape of your life. I did, and I can tell you it is worth the effort, eating sensible, and living a better life happy all the time instead of angry at the world. Create your healthy bubble and build upon it to create a healthy community, perhaps a healthy world.
