Some are proud to touch their toes to prove they are flexible. Not enough by far if you want to stay in shape until your 80s, for sure. Try these tricks for your 70s.
Many factors contribute to being in excellent health. One of them is to stay limber, be strong, and have the self-discipline to carry on long after others think they have gotten old. That is just out of shape; you can become that at any age. Treat your vessel like a temple if you want it to last and go far past the 60-year mark. I will still be doing this at 80, rest assured.
Can you bend over and hug your knees tight to your chest? Drop down, do the splits easily, and then jump up again. How about a pushup? A special one, indeed, known as the Chinese Plank Pushup, is on your fingertips if you please, and you will be a special person in good shape for all to see. That is the example Wii must set for those still young so that they know what’s possible when they get old as the hills instead of getting fat and lazy like most humans in the world.
As you eat each day, are you thinking about what makes you age best and stay away from sugars, corn syrup, and bad fats that age you and make you ache every night? Eat more eggs and whole-grain organic breads. Then, you can focus on eliminating the stress, for Mii, that means I am by not opening up this business again. This is good for your heart and your head, and by grounding each day while walking a mile or more each way to my house to stay in shape and thankful to be living longer in excellent health.

Here is the first try at doing the Chinese Plank push-up with one arm on my fingertips. It did not go so well, though holding up was not a problem. I could not go down and up on one arm. Give me a few weeks; I will get it, but just for the heck of it, one more try. This time, I will give just the push-up a shot, then switch to the one-arm version. It was not all I wanted, but it gives me confidence I will master it in the next few weeks, as this is the first time I have tried that trick. Wii really can do this and it is not harder, but easier and better to live this way. Join mii, share, and perhaps become the example in your golden years, regardless of where you are at 49 years old or younger. Believe, have faith, and get together with others who think the same so as to inspire each other week after week into your 80s.
I just turned 60, mentally i feel 29. I'm pretty beat up from life...but i'm no where near looking or being 60.
