Ripped!!! I hope to be like that in my 60s. I'm a calisthenics and static resistance kind of guy which I believe can help extend my "Play span" but we'll see.

I agree, as with isometrics from my youth due to my broken back from childhood at 2 1/2 that was never addressed until 13. I had severe scoliosis and firmly believe in musculature from calisthenics, the Gongs, and stretching to push the fascia, sunlight to fire the energy modules flying through our blood, mitochondria rule when the sun is shining full and Wii are grounded so as to pass it through and back, not stopping it all: inflammation from not grounding if you keep your feet in rubber or on concrete day after day, limited sunlight to Light the Way to stay young and vital. I think it really pays. Greenery grown naturally gives energy to all. Kudos. Keep it up. I have a ways to go now that I know how far the potential can be.
