What voices were in your head when you were young, or before your eyes that made you believe that you would become that way one day, too? Did people convince you that growing old meant getting stupid and weak? WRONG!
We, as men, can reach our peak performance levels in our late 60s, into our seventies, have better minds, health, and bodies than the average twenty-year-olds in today’s society. The expectations have lowered so far that obesity is totally common, as if everyone should be fat and obese as they age, for a norm that lets it be that way without any criticism. It’s called shaming to bring up the unhealthy issues that arise from bad food, toxic habits, environments, and the lack of any exercise. The consequences are brutal and in our face as a society in denial of their morbidity due to eating disorders.
Most people have no clue what a healthy diet is and do not even look at the label on the packages of things they put into their mouths. The words are a foreign language to them in the ingredients list, so they pretend they are harmless. The cost to the body is inflammation, diabetes, kidney failures, liver failures, knee, ankle, and hip surgery, PHARMA fueled by sick people all around. NO cures.
I hope to inspire some of the new generation to seek to be the best they can naturally, with the phone and screen time limited until after they develop their brains, and then given all they can to perfect the miraculous body they are given at birth. Naturally, Wii, the humans that choose to be organic, healthy, and free of toxic injectables and food that is obscene.
